What is the timescale for the project?
We work with our clients to develop an efficient and achievable construction programme for all parties to work to. We will always strive to meet all agreed deadlines set out at the start of each project.
Will you oversee all on-site work?
SM:5 Developments will act as Principal/Main contractor on your project and will therefore oversee all works from start to finish. Each project will be assigned project, cost and site managers to oversee each aspect of the works.
Will you provide detailed estimates before the project?
Our Commercial team will work with you to develop, or work to your already developed project brief which we will then submit costs against. You will be able to see costs broken down to individual items prior to any work commencing.
Who are your previous clients?
We have worked with a large range of clients including local councils, investment groups, project/cost management consultancies, landlords, commercial enterprises, business owners and private clients.
What sectors do you specialise in?
