New team member - Frankie Joins SM5

We are so excited to welcome Frankie to SM5. Frankie joins us from a cost consultant background having previously worked for a main contractor and she is keen to get back on site. Quantity Surveying closely matches her skill set of being organised, personable, tenacious and commercially astute.
 
Frankie has extensive experience working in the education and healthcare sector, both of which will stand her in good stead at SM5. She is looking forward to becoming a key member of the team and adding value across the business.
 
Away from the office she enjoys yoga, live music and cooking. Frankie has a keen interest in social value in construction and is particularly proud of recently getting a distinction in her Master’s dissertation on this subject.
