A strong start has been made on our new site in Chippenham, Wiltshire.
A project for a repeat client, we will be taking on the works as a design & build scheme.
The landlord renovation and tenant shell & core requirement will see the former Wilko retail site split and made ready for new incoming retailers.
We'll also be carrying out much needed roofing and other renovation works to the High Street unit, internally and externally.
Upon completion, the site will be ready for numerous new retail and leisure tenants to carry out their Cat B fit outs.
