Client Requirements:
SM5 were instructed by King Edwards School to carry out extensive alterations and refurbishment of their existing toilet block. The works would provide a much improved layout of the toilet facilities as well as modernising the whole area.
Works include:
- Strip out of existing toilet blocks, service cupboards and locker areas
- Significant structural alterations to form new layout
- Relocation of lockers and student storage facilities
- Re-routing services and re-configuring corridor ceilings to allow for new toilet blocks
- Fitout of new toilet and student break out facilities
