Client Requirements:
SM5 Developments handed over another exciting project for Gentian Developments. This 31-week project in Caterton, Brize Meadows saw the construction of a new-build, steel-framed unit to house a Greggs Drive-Thru. The unit was constructed to a very high standard and included a Cotswold Stone finish in keeping with the surrounding area. Along with the build and CAT A fit out, we also created a 26-space car park and fully landscaped external space with all associated lighting, EV charging points and pathways. The build was within an ongoing, live housing development and we also had to manage shared access with a newly opened Coop store, so comprehensive health and safety measures were a required to ensure the safety of the public as well as all site teams involved.
